Do you have a travel fee?

Yes, it's $1/mile one way outside of Red Lodge, MT + lodging if applicable

Why is your rate based on capture time?

We have found that charging based on capture time to be the most efficient and straight forward for both parties. Our pricing reflects the setup time, shooting time as well as processing time post capture.

How much time is needed for drone work?

On average if doing just photo at least 15 minutes, if doing just video at least 30 minutes, and if doing both at least 30-45 minutes. Time needed will depend on lot size, if there are any structures, and obstacles like trees and power lines. Examples: a sub 5 acre lot with a home could be a 15 min charge for just photo, a 40 acre lot without structures could be a 45 min charge for photo & video.

How much time is needed for ground photography?

Time needed will depend on the size of the structure and how many structures as well as if both exterior and interior photos are needed. Examples: a 3,500 sq ft home interior and exterior could be a 1 hour charge, a 4,500 sq ft home interior and exterior plus a barn interior and exterior could be 1.5hr charge, a 1,200 sq ft apartment interior only would be a 1 hour charge due to the 1 hour minimum.

Are the photos/videos edited?

Yes! All photos and videos are edited and we can include branding if needed. We also provide a few photos with property lines for drone photos.
